VenueVo is an online platform that connects customers with event venues and service providers. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the partner (vendor) and the specific booking.
2. Booking Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel a booking by contacting the respective partner or by reaching out to VenueVo at the contact details provided below.
Cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the respective partner.
- If a booking is cancelled within the eligible refund period, the refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the partner's policy.
- If the booking is non-refundable, no refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.
- Any convenience fees, platform fees, payment gateway charges, or processing charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
4. Partner Cancellations
If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, VenueVo will assist the customer in coordinating with the partner regarding an alternative booking or any applicable refund.
5. Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method, payment gateway, and banking institution.
6. Changes to Bookings
Any request to modify the booking date, venue, guest count, or services is subject to the partner's approval and may result in additional charges.
7. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear on the scheduled booking date without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a "No Show," and no refund may be available unless otherwise agreed by the partner.
8. Force Majeure
VenueVo shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
